Infected Stages
*This Document is meant for personally with Level 3 Clearance Only*.
STAGE 1: AKA Runners
A human who has just turned will not be very difficult to kill. Due to the extreme cold of Russia the infected has not converted much and still looks very human. A shot to the head will bring them down. However they still retain their motor skills and can move at a very fast pace. They will attempt to bite, scratch,or vomit on any uninfected individual to spread the infection.
THREAT LEVEL: LOW - MEDIUM.
STAGE 2: AKA Flesh Men
At this point in the infection most human traits have evaporated. Firearms now have little effect in lest they are keep under concentrated fire. They are highly infectious and should be dealt with accordingly. However they have loss most of their motor skills and move at a slow pace. They are able to be over powered them in close combat and however doing so is very difficult and they have a instinct to bite towards the neck in an attempt to spread the disease, however only contact with their skin is needed to become infected.
THREAT LEVEL: MEDIUM - HIGH
STAGE 3: AKA Flesh Brute
This are some of this most dangerous infected encountered to date. They are a mass of flesh made of multiple bodies, being very hard to kill they should be avoided at all cost. The only means of killing them have been extremely heavy damage to their body or very high temperature fire. They are NOT to be fought in close combat.
THREAT LEVEL: HIGH-VERY HIGH
STAGE 4: ██████
This infected has only been recorded ██ times. The Foundation has determined that these creatures act as the ██████ for infected hives. It was first recorded by MTF Technician Connor ██████ during the clean up operation 'Frozen Tears' on ███ ███ 2013. It is thought not to be an infected but an actually ██████ of ██████
STAGE 1-b
Infected that do not advance into the later Stages will find a nearby spot in the area and grafted themselves to it becoming immobile. It is not known what causes this and it will be further studied.
THREAT LEVEL: PENDING
*On a further note any new ideas for an infected are to be listed as Stage 1,Stage 2, Stage 3, Stage 4. While Infected are know to vary wildly but they still should be able to be categorized in one of this Stages.

No, No I didn't this is how it seems SCP-610 changes and grows. http://www.scp-wiki.net/scp-610 The Flesh Walkers/Runners were an idea that come from the picture on the top of the page as it is described that

After the completion of the infection occurs the victim's life functions will cease for approximately 3 minutes after which time they will restart at 2-3 times the activity rate of a normal human. Following this, the scar tissue on the victims will start to move of its own accord and grow at a rapid rate. Normal human features start to disappear at this point in the infection and the path of mutation appears to be largely random. Subjects observed with this stage of infection have been recorded as having three or more of a limb type such as arms or legs, the head may become misshapen and elongate or widen out, parts of the subject may split open from which additional branches of flesh will grow. The duration of this stage of infection is unknown and not all subjects appear to progress to the later stages.

Video feed becomes entirely clear for the final two minutes before feed is lost. Rushing up toward the drone from the area below is what appears to be a large human face stretched to twenty times its proportions with no features save those created by the SCP-610 material. There are eye sockets but no eyes, a mouth but no teeth. The drone fires upon this rushing mass of SCP-610 but the bullets do not deter it, impact points remaining visible for several seconds before closing over themselves.

Well the runner (which is the same as the runner in last of us)BJFowLer wrote:Oh no it's alright, just what made you think we copied The Last Of Us ? I'm just curious.
Then stage 2 has decreased moter skills (same as the clicker)
The flesh brute is muscular as hell (same as the bloater)
Then the infected stick to a wall to make the infection spread more (same as last of us)

Re: Infected Stages
This topic was posted before the Bloater was even announced. Haha But I see what you mean. But again this is all taken from the SCP website where the SCP-610 story was written, It says at random times the infected will change and or stick themselfs to walls floors ext.
