Developer/team Chat
Any Project members reading should report in below so I can assign you your job for the finally puss to get version of our game out there, thank you all so much we've all come a long way(even if it doesn't seem like it). After this prologue we will move on the main game in unity. Again thank and if your on the game project team report in.

Thank you. Are you familiar with scripting with FPS Creator. If you are I need a flashlight script done. If your not sure how to do that i think the flashlight would be a moving dynmaic light that is attached to a certain object in game. I don't how much that helps.

Okay well that's fine just gain some basic know how with it. In till then i'll work on building the map. The model for the infected is ready to be animated,so we're nearly there.
BIG PROBLEM:My Fps creator doesn't seem to be working can someone build the maps for me in till i figure this out our work must go on.!
Okay in till I get a new copy of FPS Creator, someone needs to take my place as map maker for now.

What applications are necessary to develop a map? Perhaps a more general question, what map format is necessary? I wouldn't think FPS creator has it's own exclusive map format.
On to the less technical stuff, how is the overall environment imagined? All I know is that it is somewhere in Russia, in one of the three sites mentioned in the SCP article.
PS: What about an IRC channel to discuss development-related things?

I have been looking up the map format thing i can't find any way to import maps from different engines. The game will take place in a over run foundation site in Russia for the prologue you won't see much of the outside as most of the guards story takes place within the site. The site will a much more attacked look then in containment breach and a lot less people made it out. In the Prologue infected flesh is just starting to grow on the walls and the infected are just starting to rise.

Okay so my Fps creator made up it's mind to an troll asshole l and stop working just as i'm about to build the map.
